1. Return Conditions

You can request a return or exchange if:

• The product does not match the photos or description on our website.

• The product arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong model/color.

• You simply do not like the product after receiving it.

2. Return Period

You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the item.

4. Return Delivery

• Returns can be made through local cargo companies we work with.

• If the mistake is ours (wrong product, damaged, incorrect), we cover the return costs.

• If you simply do not like the product, the return delivery cost is your responsibility.

5. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

6. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will:

• Send you a replacement product

• Or allow you to choose another item of the same or higher value (you will pay only the difference)
